- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and designed to ensure the best care for your pets. New clients start by creating a profile and submitting a service request. We then schedule a meet-and-greet to get to know you, your pets, and their routines. Once care details are confirmed, visits are scheduled and assigned to a trained team member. During service, you’ll receive detailed visit updates and photos. Ongoing support and team-based coverage ensure consistent, reliable care every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in professional pet care and receives ongoing training in animal handling, leash safety, behavior awareness, and basic pet first aid.
