Cannot say enough good things about Specialized Plumbing. They were very responsive and quickly scheduled an evaluation and provided a very reasonable quote. When it came time to do the work, they arrived on time and had it done quickly and correctly. What’s more, once the work was done Everett told me that the work was less labor intensive than expected and charged me less than the initial quote when he certainly didn’t have to. Will continue to use Specialized Plumbing and recommend to anyone who needs a plumber in the future.

Really bad experience with these guys. Didn’t even try to solve a simple plumbing problem. Sent ian intern to find problem, when intern couldn’t find problem, the boss just gave up after he got off his other phone calls. They left with nothing fixed and charged a $79 apology fee.

Josh did an amazing job with my toilet. It was a bear. Small tank, very small duel flush valve that he needed to special order (attention briar chapel folks!) and terrible water quality in regards to the bolts on the toilet! This guy came out twice, and always with a smile and ultimate professionalism. Any plumbing need I have (and I have the worst luck with toilets) josh is my guy!!! A+++++

Excellent experience. Hutch was extremely responsive and took extra time and effort to help us figure out the best solution to a difficult situation. He and his team worked quickly and were able to handle a complicated repair at a cheaper price than I expected. Hopefully we have no more plumbing needs in the near future, but will definitely reach back out to Hutch and his team if so.

Clayton did an excellent work! My main water line was punctured during a soil capacity test. Despite the bad weather, he came to repair it. I was impressed w/ his creative solution as the original parts needed were not readily available. His price is very fair. I highly recommend him and would call him before closing the deal w/ any large "established plumbing company".
