What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free on-site assessments and quotes. There is a 2.9% online processing fee for credit cards. We use premium, American-made materials, so we are probably not the right fit for you if you are looking for the cheapest price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to schedule and come out for a free assessment and quote.
When the quote is approved, a 50% deposit is needed to get started.
We schedule the 811 public utility markings and order the materials. If there is room, we will have the materials delivered 1-2 days before the scheduled start date; otherwise we will bring the materials with us.
The morning we are scheduled to start, we'll do a walk-through with you and our installers to make sure we are clear on everything.
When the work is done, we'll do a final walk-through to make sure you are happy and then process the final payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Training with our franchisor and a lot of independent and on-the-job learning.
