- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies based off what the customer would like done, as well as an hourly rate or set standard fee depending upon the square footage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients, in addition to doing walk throughout the area and providing a free estimate, if requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an alumna from North Carolina A&T SU, and I received a bachelors degree in Applied Engineering Technology. I am also currently pursuing a Masters degree in Information technology, as well as a minor in business
