- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price per session will go down if we commit to training more than once a week. The best deal that I can give you is if we work for three times a week for a three month block.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will always sit down with a client for an hour before we ever touch the gym floor so I can take time to learn a little bit about you. In that hour I want to find exactly what your goals are and talk about how we can reach them in a way that is fun, safe, and effective. We will also take time to discuss past injuries and medical history and also go through a light movement screen so I can check out your joints in motion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ace certified personal trainer who has been involved in combat sports for the past eight years. I am a purple belt in Gracie JiuJitsu and also offer instruction in self-defense and kickboxing as well as personal training in the gym.
