- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free diagnosis of the issue. Our expert advice is free. You can bring in your device or we can pick it up and delivery it. If onsite is required then we arrange an appointment. If we need a replacement part, we'll order and keep you notified when it arrives.
