Our photo session with Mark was perfect. He was able to suggest a nice place for taking the photos and it ended up being just what we wanted. He was very personable and was able to get some great candid shots of us as well as the normal posing shots. All in all it was a great experience

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My clients receive all of the images I take in full resolution with copyright, so they can print the photos or use them in whatever way they need. I do not force my customers to buy expensive prints through me, though I can recommend good processors who make good prints.
Similarly, my video clients receive their videos in full resolution and may use them as they see fit. I am happy to help with resizing or uploading the videos as needed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I work to determine exactly what the client needs, asking further questions as necessary. I then work to achieve the goal that the client has for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self-taught photographer and videographer. I have taken several courses, but in general I rely on my own abilities and knowledge to achieve the best results.
