About
My teaching is firmly rooted in the belief that yoga is for EVERYONE. Whether you are recovering from an injury, navigating pregnancy and postpartum, looking to improve athletic performance, or simply reduce stress, I am here for you! Every session is curated to your unique body, goals and energy levels. I have additional training in pre/postnatal yoga, pelvic floor health, as well as pain science.
I have been teaching private yoga for 6 years, and have maintained a full roster of private students for the past 4 years. Most of my students stay with me for YEARS because they love the work we accomplish in private sessions.

Due to scheduling conflicts, Mary gave me a privateyoga lesson. She listened to which areas on my body I wanted to focus on and tailored the practice to what I needed. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed afterwards. Great yoga instructor and look forward to attending more classes.

Ive been practicing with Mary since August 2020 starting with Beginner Yoga and now progressing to 3-4 sessions/week. Mary knows her clients after a couple of sessions...what works for them, benefits them, protect them from injury and help heal from an injury. Im not the most fluid, graceful yoga student but Mary instills confidence towards her clients. I hope Mary will always have a ZOOM class as she is physically located 5 hours from me. She brings me up and takes me down when I need it. Namaste.

Thank you, Diane! It is an honor to be your teacher, and I’ll always hold a space for you on Zoom

I've taken yoga classes off and on for the past 15 years. In my opinion, the teacher can make or break the experience. Mary is one of the most wonderful yoga teachers I've ever had. I leave her classes feeling physically and mentally refreshed. It's the perfect combination of strengthening and lengthening work. Most importantly, she encourages students at all levels by providing plenty of modifications throughout class and emphasizing the importance of having an individual practice that is right for YOUR body.

Maggie, I am so happy you have found my classes supportive! I appreciate your kind words, and I love having you in my classes!

Postpartum yoga with Mary has been wonderful. I feel safe and yet challenged in my practice every week. Mary is so knowledgeable and accommodating of my diastasis recti. This class has helped me gain strength and stability and I highly recommend it to everyone postpartum.

Prenatal yoga with Mary is such an amazing experience. She listens to how you are doing and adjusts to your needs. She challenges your body to prepare for childbirth but allows for so much grace when your body is not feeling a position. Time with Mary is relaxing and the perfect moments for self care!
