- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a standard $60 service fee to come out. If we get the job, this price is waived. All jobs we price before with a flat rate. Unless the job has many unknowns, then it will be priced by the hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process, we come out inspect the job and give you price to complete the work. Usually all services can be done the same day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a NC P1 plumbing license. I've been drained on all most any plumbing you ca. think of from new construction, to remodel and most importantly to me service. I have been formally trained in everything to outside service wells all the way to big boiler units commercial
