I scheduled an appointment with Proctor and Assocs. and met with Mr. Proctor. As soon as I walked in I really liked the atmosphere, I was greeted in a timely manner was another plus. Once we started, it was a relief to know that all I had to do was sit back and relax and let the professional do the work. We price based on forms needed and complexity of the entire return. We DO NOT base fees on amount of refund, if receiving one.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start out with a complimentary consultation to gain a full understanding of your specific needs, then work together to put together an action plan.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I participate in a minimum of 24 continuing education hours per year. In addition, I teach several tax and non-profit financial management courses.
