- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the scope of work and is confirmed after an on-site evaluation. If additional work is identified during the visit, I discuss it with the customer before proceeding. When the scope of work increases, I often offer more favorable pricing for the additional tasks, as it’s more efficient to complete everything during the same visit. All costs are explained clearly, with no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the issue with the customer and scheduling a convenient time to visit. During the on-site evaluation, I identify the problem, explain the available options, and answer any questions. The final price is confirmed before the work begins, and I focus on completing the job cleanly and correctly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical education related to construction from my home country, along with many years of hands-on plumbing experience. My background includes practical training and real-world work with residential and commercial plumbing systems. This combination of education and experience allows me to approach plumbing projects professionally and correctly.
