- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before scheduling for install, or even the purchase of the new appliances, we would prefer our new customers to have a "pre-measure consultation" completed. A pre-measure consultation is a service that we provide to our customers that allow them to have full understanding of what appliances they want, and if they would fit their current openings. Therefore, we uninstall your existing appliances to get better look/understanding of what is in place; take measurements of the your openings; make sure the electric, gas, and/or water are in correct location according appliance specs; and find out the best routes to enter into home in which it provides safety for our employees, your home, and your appliances.
