Scott and Herschel did a great job. They were on time, very professional and patient. They installed my cooktop Hood, dishwasher and double oven. I would 10/10 recommend!!!

I cannot recommend this provider. He was reasonable and communicated promptly but was unable to complete the task. The task was to swap out a gas stove in my rental home. The main gas valve had to be turned off to change the stove. I was initially happy as the tenant said that stove was working fine. By the evening tenant reported that the water heater and heat is not functioning. Turns out that the pilot was not relit after the main gas valve was turned back on. I had to call for an hvac technician to light the pilot on furnace and water heater. In the end, I believe this should have been handled correctly the first time. I would have been happy to pay more for the extra work. I have nothing personal and just stating the facts.

Hi Roy,I understand it was an inconvenience to have an HVAC technician come out but I cannot risk my safety and losing my business license to do a job outside of my realm(especially when it comes to gas). Due to the homes gas valves being very old it was a necessity to shut off the main gas valve. I notified your tenant that the water heater would have to be relit which she agreed you guys would take care of it. You contacted me at 9:32 that evening to ask if I could come back out to do it, which I agreed to do the following morning. Upon my return I realized that your tenant had damaged the water heater (after attempting to do it themselves) which made it unsafe to relight because the ignition switch had been jammed down causing the gas to run in the enclosed room for 12+ hours. At that point I called to notify you of the situation and we both agreed that it would be more reasonable to return later after the area had aired out. If possible I would love to discuss this issue further. I did not know you were dissatisfied. Thanks again for the opportunity!

Scottie - answered my request on short notice. He arrived when he said he would and went right to work! The young is AMAZING!! He hooked up a range, fridge and Washer and dryer in record time and kept me posted of his progress by explaining necessary parts and asking my opinion on set up. You can tell he takes pride in his work — he performed at the highest level— looking forward to hiring him again!! Give him a try -You will not be disappointed!
