Mike came over, diagnosed the problem and had us taken care of in 30 minutes. Could not have gone easier. Mike diagnosed the issue, explained options clearly and helped us to decide the best course of action. Would have him back anytime we have an issue with an appliance.

Cheap doesn’t equate to good service. Therefore, if you want cheap, do it yourself. Mike is GREAT angreat service isn’t cheap.

The man is very good at his job and extremely professional as well as being a nice person. Very trustworthy and I would hire him in the future. Can’t go wrong with 704!!!!! He installed a new microwave and dishwasher as well as hauled off our old appliances. He’s well worth the money. You get what you pay for. Quick responses and very punctual also.
When a major appliance manufacturer refused to install the dishwasher I bought due to a small cabinet between the dishwasher and sink I was not happy. Thankfully I found 704 Appliance Repair, they were able to get the right parts and come install my new dishwasher within 24 hours of contacting them and they did it right! Thank you and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing appliancesinstalled!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 Diagnostic Fee inside I-485 beltway ($85 diagnostic fee within a 10 mile radius outside I-485 beltway, $100 diagnostic fee beyond a 10 mile radius outside I-485 beltway). Taxes will be applied to all applicable diagnostic fees and/or part and labor estimates. If paying via credit/debit card, a 2% transaction fee will be applied to the total. Labor rates are flat rate and the ranges are as follows.....
Minor Repair ($99-$124)*
Intermediate Repair ($125-$224)*(Most repairs fall in this category)
Major Repair ($225 and up)*
*Labor range prices are all pre-tax

My typical process for working with a new customer involves introducing myself, asking questions to obtain pertinent information but most importantly building a trust level with each customer.
