My dishwasher was leaking. The CLT Appliance repair technician phoned prior to his arrival, asked what I'd observed during a wash cycle, examined the appliance both visually and electronically. He discovered the dw hadn't been installed properly. He leveled it and ran a wash cycle while observing for leaks. There were none at that time.

They came at the time they said, gave me a 20 minute warning before their arrival. I asked them to come for a repair and it ended up being a full replacement. They were super quick!
