The office staff was friendly and accommodating, worked around my busy schedule, and even sent a text the morning of my appointment to confirm the arrival time. When the technician arrived, he introduced himself, put on shoe covers to protect my floors, and listened carefully to my description of the problem. What impressed me most was the level of respect and professionalism throughout the entire visit. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue with my dishwasher (BOSCH), clearly explained what had gone wrong and how he would fix it, and quoted a price that didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. He had the necessary parts on hand, completed the repair efficiently, and double‑checked everything before leaving. After the repair, he walked me through what he had done, offered maintenance tips to prevent future issues, and made sure I understood that if I had any concerns, the company stood behind their work. CLT Appliance Repair advertises that they pride themselves on exceptional customer service and a commitment to their customers, employees and community! Their professionalism, punctuality and thoroughness made what could have been a stressful situation completely painless. CLT Appliance Repair fixed my washing machine. The communication made for an efficient and timely service call. The repairman was courteous and had the machine fixed in short time. I would highly recommend CLT Appliance Repair. They contacted me very promptly with quote for a new garbage disposal and installation. They were very flexible with scheduling and Bill did a fantastic job. Will definitely reach out again for repairs when needed.
