At 5pm yesterday we noticed we had a leak from behind our refrigerator and it was flooding our living room! I found HE Appliance, using the Thumbtack app for recommendations. HE Appliance replied promptly and sent Ben by 9:30 this morning. I can’t say enough good things about Ben and his company! Ben has many years of experience and was a pleasure to work with. He quickly diagnosed and repaired the damaged water connection, and he also leveled our large fridge before he muscled it back into its tight space. We will definitely call HE Appliance the next time we need prompt, professional repair service.

Mr. Stafford was highly responsive. Seemed to truly understand my older sister's urgent need for quick repair of her fuel oil system. He was going to get a nozzle for her furnace and work on Friday early. However, a local group indicated they could look at it tonight. So I canceled my request for an appointment on Friday. Mr. Stafford was pleasant and professional and told me to call me back if we might need him in the future.
