Jermaine showed up on time, was very thorough and professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently even though it was a problem he couldn't fix. He cleaned up after he was done, and responded quickly to my request and came in on a Saturday. Highly recommend this individual

Jermaine was great! He responded to my inquiry immediately. I read his reviews and booked him. He was able to come and repair our frig the next day. He called when he was almost to our home. he explained the problem, had the right parts in his truck and fixed it - all in about 1/2 hour. Well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone!

Jermaine was professional, curtious and polite, took his time investigating the problem, quoted me a fair price after he found the issue and fixed the problem immediately. He also went above and beyond and looked at another issue and suggested a couple options. Excellent service and I will definately recommend him to my family, friends and anyone I hear that needs a great repairman. Thank you, Jermaine!

J&M was very responsive from the start. Jermaine set the appointment, telling me he would call before arriving, and he did. He was on time, friendly but professional, took the time to thoroughly check everything out, fixed the dishwasher, cleaned up after himself and his fee was very reasonable. We'll definitely keep his number in our book for any appliance repair.

I had a dishwasher that was leaking. He found the problem and fixed it quickly. Gave me some tips for future reference. Very nice guy and seemed very knowledgeable.
