The technician arrived was very professional. They are affordable and work is top notch. He took the time to explain what was wrong with my Samsung clothes dryer. He came with the part needed to make the repair. My dryer is like new. Thank you so much Smartforce appliance.

Ivan did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator. He discovered what the issue was. A part had frozen over. He tried to see if the part could be salvaged and reused. Sadly, it couldn’t but I appreciated the effort. He ordered the new part with my approval and installed it when it arrived. It was up and running. He followed up with me and said to contact him with any issues. There haven’t been any. I highly recommend SmartForce and would hire them again.
