This was my first time using Thumbtack and I am extremely pleased with the results! I was in search of an appraiser and had already asked around, with no luck. As pleased as I am with Thumbtack, I am even more pleased with Charlotte Home Appraisal! Matt took no time at all responding to my questions and scheduling an appointment. I had to reschedule more than once and Matt was completely understanding about my situation. The fee for the appraisal was very reasonable and Matt took time to discuss with me what my goal was in having the appraisal. He arrived on time and was professional and friendly. Matt let me know the turn around for the appraisal is about three business days. He did the appraisal on a Friday and I received the report the next Wednesday morning! It was such a pleasure and relief working with someone who has amazing customer service skills! That is what is most important to me and Matt exceeded my expectations!!
