Not sure if they are handling my project right. Said he filed but GC looked it up and nothing was filed. He is not responding to my calls, text or emails and we need to behind the project. He has been paid in full and we have not received our complete drawing package to allow for all trades to do work

Our prices for architecture design ranges from $1 per sqft up to $3 per sqft and our prices for 3D modeling and product design will be determined after learning scope of work. We offer competitive pricing on all services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial consultation, quote creation, detailed consultation to determine scope of work, we design, we update customer throughout design process with hopes of completing permit ready construction documents within 30 days of initial contact.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Architecture Technology; I'm certified as a Level 1 Designer in 2D and 3D design; I'm certified in Soild Edge and Solidworks for 3D modeling; I've had institutional training in Revit, AutoCad, SketchUp, Solidworks, Solid Edge, and Tekla
