- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is tailored to the needs of the event or service so prices vary widely depending on if it is a 2 person intimate event or a large wedding of 400. Typically services start at $200 and can be up to $4,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to get an understanding of the whole scope of the event or service and then get to know you so we can really hone in on your preferences and what is going to make what you are booking pop for you. We check in to make sure there aren't any additional changes or requests as we draw close and make sure all your questions and concerns are completely allayed. Ultimately we want you to book with us and never have to worry about anything again after we have confirmed everything with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I personally am a longtime member of the US Bartender's Guild, have over 13 years behind various bars and cocktail bars around Charlotte, and have attended multiple bar trainings around the United States. I am a Bourbon Steward with the Stave & Thief Society and am BarSmarts certified with Pernod Ricard.
