I liked that the training was about more than just basketball drills. Coach Raynaldi focused on fundamentals, decision-making, effort, accountability, and confidence. He creates a positive environment while still holding players to a high standard.
The sessions felt organized and purposeful, and I could see that the goal was to help each player become a better athlete and teammate — not just get through a workout.
