We do not watch the clock or charge extra to council you, or to make calls to the IRS or Department of Revenue on your behalf; we feel if you need us, we should be there. We charge all our monthly fees, upfront so you don't have to be surprised when you get your monthly bill. If there is any additional fees, which are rare, you will know about them, before they occur.
