This company responded in less than 24 hours of my initial inquiry. I was able to fully discuss my tax issues which had gone unanswered by other tax consultants. I was given a more than reasonable price range before submission of any documents. The best thing I like is they are fully automated. No home or office visit, in my case was required. Additionally, they are capable and licensed to act on behalf with the IRS. I feel pretty confident in the services they provided, punctuality, and professionalism.
