- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All projects are different so to is our pricing structure. We always take into account our clients budget and time frame when pricing out any project. We also have no issues in the consumer purchasing their own materials. If you have something in mind don't hesitate in giving us a call for a prompt reliable quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your input is everything. We enjoy striving to meet customer expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive knowledge in new and existing home construction. Obtained my NC GC license in 1998 and worked for john Crosland here in Charlotte till 1998. I can both manage and implement all types of residential and commercial projects. See our website for further information.
