Crispin did a good job of cleaning the carpets in the home. He arrived promptly and performed a quick walkthrough of the property before starting his work with a heavy duty machine. The carpets look significantly much better, however I don't think the result quite compares to something like Stanley Steemer or Zerorez. There was quite a bit of moisture left over that took about 2 days to fully dry and the smell is still somewhat present. Overall, I would recommend the service for the value.
