What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price we quote for your cleaning includes everything! For carpet, area rugs, and upholstery: pre-treatment, specialized spot treatment, truck-mounted steam cleaning, and turbo-drying. We do not add charges on site for cleaning. We want your repeat business!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we assess each customers individual needs. Include a complete package for the cleaning. Schedule when it is most convenient for our customer. Arrive promptly when scheduled. Provide an exceptional cleaning service. Follow up the day after cleaning to make sure our customer is completely satisfied.
