From beginning to end everything was exactly as it should have been. Toney’s Floor Care was easy to communicate with and to schedule. They were very professional and wasted no time in doing their excellent work. When finished cleaning the carpet they carefully removed their equipment and took the time make sure they left things as they found them. Definitely a five star experience.

Steve and his assitant Zach are nice guys who did a fine job. They arrived an hour late but the also stayed longer than expected to get the job done properly. So far the carpets look pretty good. They addressed a major concern about the 1/4 - 1/2 next to baseboards that Stanley Steemer equipment missess that results in a dark line next to baseboards. They applied a cleaner and made sure to get right up to baseboards. So far I prefer them to Stanely Steemer even though I believe Stanley Steemer may have superior equipment. Steve and Zach care about quality and it shows in their results. Hope this helps address both Pro's and Con's. I would hire them again.

Steve was an absolute blessing to have come clean the carpets! He and his daughter worked hard for 2.5 hours and it was worth it. They did an amazing job reviving old carpets! I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpets cleaned. Steve did not try and tack on any extra services or attempt to sell me things I didn't need, he was honest about his services and the price he quoted me was the price I paid. No hassle, very professional and friendly.

Recently, I completed a job in the Ballantyne area in North Carolina. I cleaned 6 rooms of carpet, a walk-in closet, a set of stairs, & a hallway for a family that was to be moving in in a few days. I was proud of it because I was able to complete it the same day the customer called and it made me glad to know the family would be living in a home with freshly clean carpet.
