- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have or use a complicated pricing scheme. All pricing is negotiated up front, straight and fair, plus our pricing is determined by the problem's difficulty. We will work with each and everyone's needs to ensure their problem can be fixed in a reasonable time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We regularly stay abreast on all current technology, software and security threats by reading news articles, magazine subscriptions and receiving news feeds.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We've always had an undying need for tinkering and to see how things work. Had formal training either in online classrooms, in corporate real-world environments, finished technical school education, also sold electronics and Computers. To this day, we've always wanted to be surrounded by electronics and gadgets and have a "stop at nothing" to satisfy our customers by fixing the problems encountered by our customers.
