Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I pay such close attention to detail and I am dedicated to my craft. This is not a hobby for me, this is MY LIFE. I bring that level of dedication to everything I do, from mixing a perfect mojito to getting a proper sear on a fillet of salmon. The reaction of the people that I am serving. I love to feed people, so when they eat something of mine and I see it transport them to another happy place or time, it makes all of the effort worth it.

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I went to culinary school and got my Culinary Arts degree, but I didn't stop there. I worked my way through many Charlotte/Orlando area restaurants and learned everything I could from every opportunity. Now I regularly experiment with recipes and drinks at my home in order to stay current.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was in middle school and discovered that the Food Network had come to basic cable. It was love at first sight, I became obsessed with learning more about food, and here I am.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The amount of work that goes into doing something simple for them. The pressure can be a little overwhelming at times, but the positive reactions make it all worth it in the end. I don't see myself doing anything else.
