- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer singing telegrams starting at $229.00 and up. Our 1/2 hour parties for birthday parties is $195.00 1 Hour costume character performance is $229.0 per hour unless it's a special character that requires us to order it. Ask about our packages and services not mentioned in this section.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer speaking to you over the phone to get the idea of your planning. Once we agree to the type of entertainment, the date and the time; I send you a form and you fill it out and send back along with a 50% non refundable security deposit. The remaining amount needs to be paid 3 days prior to the event date. You will also get a phone call from your entertainer just so you can share your last minute ideas with them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in psychology with a minor in music from UNC Chapel Hill NC Through the years we have attended improve workshops, performance classes, clowning school, acting; singing; dancing and theatre training. We attend art conventions and balloon twisting conventions. We offer classes to the public and enjoy teaching the next generation.
