- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the level of coordination and support you need leading up to and on the day of your wedding. I offer clear, flat-rate packages to avoid surprises, and I do not add hidden fees. If you need additional services such as decor setup, rehearsal support, or vendor management, those can be added as custom options. I also offer payment plans to make the process stress-free and manageable.
 - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation to learn more about your wedding vision, priorities, and where you need the most support. Once we confirm the package that fits best, we schedule a planning call to outline your timeline, vendor details, and logistics. As your coordinator, I take over communication with your vendors, create the full wedding-day timeline, and make sure everything runs smoothly on the big day so you can be fully present and enjoy every moment.
 - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in event planning, virtual event production, and wedding coordination, along with a background in business administration and project management. Over the years, I’ve managed conferences, retreats, community events, and weddings of various styles and sizes, which has strengthened my organizational systems, vendor communication skills, and ability to manage details calmly and efficiently
