Scammed me out of $5000. I paid them a deposit for carpet, which they said they would have in 3-5 days. Told me almost every day for about 3 weeks it was coming "today" but it never showed up. Would not pass on dispatch number or order info. I assume the order was never placed. They won't answer my calls and only rarely respond to my texts, but never with any useful help. Carranza is very sketchy - business is not registered on NC SOS, all the phone numbers are VOIPs and no one uses their real name. Stay away.
Details: Baseboards • Drywall • No, I will need the carpenter to provide the molding or trim • This is just an installation job - no design needed • Solid wood • As recommended by carpenter • I would like it painted
