I recently had an attic ladder installed, and overall the quality of the work was very good. The installation itself was completed professionally, and the ladder feels sturdy, safe, and well-integrated with the ceiling space. The team clearly knew what they were doing once the project was underway. The main challenges were around communication and scheduling. There were a few delays and some difficulty coordinating timing, which required extra follow-up on our end. That said, the team ultimately delivered solid workmanship and made sure the job was completed correctly. Overall, I am very happy with the final result and would consider working with them again with clearer scheduling expectations upfront.

Luis and his team are outstanding. Their level of craftsmanship is extraordinary. In fact, I hired an expensive architect to draw up plans that included removing what I thought was a non-load bearing wall. Luis came to do drywall repair after the wall was removed. Upon inspection, he informed me that it was load bearing. His team quickly addressed the issue and we passed inspection the next day. I have hired them for framing (structural) and drywall. Will be hiring them more in the future as I continue to renovate my new home.
