Luis and his team helped turn our formal dining room into an office with large French doors, a closet, and we added a dry bar in the living room. They do great work and they do it quickly! The project only took about two weeks start to finish. Luis and his team went above and beyond and did a wonderful job. Great attention to detail and very clean! We will be hiring them for any future home improvement needs!

Santiago's team is truly outstanding. Their work and craftsmanship are of the highest quality. Santiago possesses a remarkable eye for design and has an uncanny ability to anticipate and address potential design issues that I hadn't even considered. His ideas and creativity are exceptional. Throughout the project, he treated it as if it were his own, going above and beyond to ensure perfection. I tasked them with reconstructing a TV fireplace wall that had been poorly executed by a previous contractor. They efficiently demolished the previous work and completely reframed the structure, meticulously aligning it with the exact measurements needed for my TV and fireplace dimensions. For individuals like myself, who have a strong preference for precision and balance, I wholeheartedly recommend Santiago, LLC.

Luis and his team are outstanding. Their level of craftsmanship is extraordinary. In fact, I hired an expensive architect to draw up plans that included removing what I thought was a non-load bearing wall. Luis came to do drywall repair after the wall was removed. Upon inspection, he informed me that it was load bearing. His team quickly addressed the issue and we passed inspection the next day. I have hired them for framing (structural) and drywall. Will be hiring them more in the future as I continue to renovate my new home.
