They worked very hard to clear the dryer vent. Previous owner either let it go for years or never had it cleaned. Thank you guys.

Dryer vent cleaning for second floor dryer not adjacent to outside wall. Technicians called when 20 minutes away. Careful not to track mud inside the house.
Dryer time reduced by 20 minutes; towels get completely dry now.

This is the second time I have used Ductz and both times the technicians went the extra mile (or two). The amount quoted was the amount charged. They were on time, courteous and on the job. I have heard that some companies mar walls, etc - and that has not been my experience with Ductz. In a time when poor work is getting more and more prevalent - these guys are aces.
