J. a day ago New Exceptional Service and Integrity. I recently hired Genie Air Duct Cleaning to clean my air ducts, and I could not be more impressed with the level of service I received. It is rare to find a company that operates with such high standards of honesty and ethics. From the very beginning, their diagnosis of my system’s needs was completely transparent. They took the time to explain exactly what was required and—refreshingly—did not try to upsell me on services I didn't actually need. Their integrity gave me total peace of mind knowing I was being treated fairly. The team, Mauricio and Fabio, that performed the work was outstanding. They were incredibly hard-working, diligent, and clearly took pride in the quality of their craftsmanship. Not only were they thorough in their cleaning, but they were also a pleasure to have in my home—polite, professional, and dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. If you are looking for a company that puts the customer first, values honest communication, and delivers top-tier results without any price gouging, I highly recommend you contact them before making a final decision on who you hire to execute the work you need to get done. They truly go above and beyond.

Elad was great! He got to my place on time knowing I had travel later in the day. He inspected everything thoroughly and was really honest about it not really needing cleaning yet, which is great as it saved me money I didn’t need to spend! I just moved into a renovated home and he checked the air handler for me and spotted a couple places where I should place some metal tape - really appreciate the time he spent checking everything over for me and the tips he gave me to make sure I can avoid issues coming up in the future. Super professional company, thank you!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always have discounts and specials available for our customers, ask for the month's coupons!
Our pricing varies on service, vent exits, and vent numbers.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a family owned, customer oriented business, proud of what we do.
Every day we are inspired and propelled by the positive response of our customers. The air duct cleaning industry is full of scams, and we strive for excellence.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Beware of scams. Begin your search by ensuring the company holds the proper licenses to operate in North Carolina. Online reviews and ratings can also provide a peek into the experiences of past customers, offering invaluable insights into the company’s reliability and quality of service.
Don’t just jump at the cheapest offer. Compare what’s included in the pricing, like “vent cleaning” or other additional services. Sometimes, a slightly higher price can yield a much more thorough cleaning. Ensure there are no hidden fees or upsells that you didn’t initially agree to.
