I had an awesome experience with Gianni Electrical! I had to have a totally new electrical panel installed and brought up to code. They went above and beyond, were very professional, and still made me feel comfortable with strangers in the house. They made sure I had power before they left for the evening, so I didn't have to go overnight without power, very considerate of my well-being. They have even kept in touch with me after work was completed in a non-bugging way. They even sent me a thank-you gift! Never had that happened with any other company I have hired. They were amazing! They are definitely my new go-to for electrical work!

As a first time customer, I was very impressed with the level of communication by text and email of appointment times, the electrician name and photo and send a notication 30 minutes before arrival. Alec G, Dino and their helpers were great to work with. They installed 3 wafer lights with a dimmer switch in the kitchen and replaced new lighting over the kitchen island, dining table and foyer. They took great care in understanding my request and answering all of my questions. They were friendly, professional and thoroughly cleaned all work areas. The experience exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them for any future electrical needs! Thank You! :)

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gianni Electrical provides free quotes on almost all installations If there is an issue to look into then a $60.00 service call charge will apply to allow a technician to be sent to the location and put professional eyes on the issue. once at the location the tech will give options for either troubleshoot or repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide no charge quotes for almost all work with the exception of diagnostic type calls. We feel it is much more personal and a better experience to come out to you and be able to put a name with a face to give the best options and pricing we can.
