I had an awesome experience with Gianni Electrical! I had to have a totally new electrical panel installed and brought up to code. They went above and beyond, were very professional, and still made me feel comfortable with strangers in the house. They made sure I had power before they left for the evening, so I didn't have to go overnight without power, very considerate of my well-being. They have even kept in touch with me after work was completed in a non-bugging way. They even sent me a thank-you gift! Never had that happened with any other company I have hired. They were amazing! They are definitely my new go-to for electrical work!

These guys do fantastic work. Theyve come out a few times now over the last couple of years (upgrades to the panel, power for a dryer, and lots more) and weve been very happy with the results every time. Last week Alec and Jesse came out to take care of problems related to some really ancient wiring and they did a great job. I live in an old house and its a relief knowing theres somebody reliable to call when I need some help. Thanks for getting us up and running again last week, Alec and Jesse!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Gianni Electrical provides free quotes on almost all installations
If there is an issue to look into then a $60.00 service call charge will apply to allow a technician to be sent to the location and put professional eyes on the issue.
once at the location the tech will give options for either troubleshoot or repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide no charge quotes for almost all work with the exception of diagnostic type calls.
We feel it is much more personal and a better experience to come out to you and be able to put a name with a face to give the best options and pricing we can.
