FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer flexible pricing options, including flat fees, payment plans, and un-bundled services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in forming a client relationship is typically to conduct an initial consultation. Our consultations usually last between 1 and 2 hours. During our consultations, we will request an overview of the legal issue at hand, answer any questions you have, and then walk you through the law, procedures, and potential outcomes given the facts of your case. We take detailed notes during our consultations, and try to gather as much information as possible during the initial meeting with clients. This allows us to hit the ground running if retained in the matter down the road, and also prevents us from having to bill at our hourly rate to father the basics of your case in the future.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily handle family law, divorce, and criminal/traffic matters, but regularly work with clients on a range of matters, which are listed in detail below: Family Law: Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Separation, Alimony, Equitable Distribution, Paternity, Legitimation, Guardianship and Incompetency, etc. Criminal Defense: Traffic, Assault, DUI and DWI, Alcohol Offenses, Drug Offenses, Paraphernalia, all misdemeanor offenses, Sex Crimes, Violent Crimes, etc. Estate Planning: Wills, Trusts, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney.
