I love just being the fly on the wall and catching people in their their most natural stance and form. It's so simple really, just seeing people, but I love that I get to see people and steal the moment out of thin air and then be able to give you the time as something you hold between your finger tips. It's the little things that matter most. :) "You have this thing - this ticking thing inside of you that makes you push yourself more into life. You see life, and you snatch it out of the air, embrace it and remember it. You make me want to see life like you do." This was one of the most inspirational things a dear, dear friend said to me as encouragement. She said this before I had even thought of photography as anything on my radar. So now, this little quote means that much more to me. I have always strived to really see people - not just their external form, but theirs ticks, their nuances, their movements and feelings that make them as unique as they are. My favorite subject to capture through a camera is relationships. I love being able to catch the glint of connection between people. Whether that be between a mother and child, a friendship, or a to be married couple, they all have this unique connection that in through my eyes and gifting I am able to see through a lens. Maybe it's my curiosity or that "ticking" thing inside of me, but I thrive in and desire to see and seize those fleeting moments. They come so fast and pass you by even quicker. It's just a joy to be able to capture and keep them. ♥ Christina Gregor
