FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for general pest control services are based on the square footage of the home. New customers will receive an initial service (which is slightly higher in price, due to the time it takes), followed by another service 30 days later. Thereafter, customers are serviced on a quarterly basis, and reservices between quarterly visits are complimentary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We price the service based on the square footage of the home Step 2: You'll sign an agreement and provide a method of payment Step 3: We agree on a service date and complete the initial service Step 4: We'll complete the follow-up service visit about 30 days later Step 5: Thereafter, we'll service your home every 3 months or so, providing complimentary re-treatment services in between, as necessary
