We are 100% satisfied with our experience with Timeless Terrain! For the proposal, Javi took the time to walk through our plans for the project, made great suggestions, and provided a detailed written proposal with a fair price (we had several proposals and his was very competitive). He made such a good impression on us because of his sincere nature and respectful manner.He and his crew showed up on schedule, and did a fantastic professional job on the front and rear garden walls and retaining wall for the HVAC units. They did it right, with a deep base of crushed stone, properly cut stones for the contours, and glued the blocks together. When they were done they backfilled everything and cleaned up the worksite thoroughly. Just top shelf professional experience.We are already talked with Javi about additional projects and several of our neighbors have asked for his contact info to get work done at their homes. We recommend Timeless Terrain completely, it was a great experience.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is unique, so pricing is based on the specific scope, materials, and site conditions. We don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing. After reviewing the project details and completing an on-site consultation, we provide a detailed, upfront estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a new request, the first step is a phone call. This allows us to learn more about the project, answer initial questions, and schedule an in-person consultation. In some cases, we can also provide a general price range up front to make sure we’re a good fit.
During the in-person consultation, we walk the property, discuss design options, and review scope details. A detailed estimate is typically sent within 24 hours.
Once the proposal is approved, we schedule the project and confirm next steps
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have an engineering background and spent five years working as a project manager. Through that experience, I realized I enjoyed applying planning, problem-solving, and hands-on execution to real projects. Over time, that led me into landscape construction, where I could combine design, structure, and craftsmanship. Timeless Terrain was started to bring a more organized, well-communicated approach to outdoor projects.
