What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer for wedding /event flowers, I typically start with an initial consultation to understand their vision, preferences, and budget. Then, I develop a detailed proposal outlining floral designs and pricing. We collaborate to finalize the designs. Communication, attention to detail, and customer satisfaction are key throughout the process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with experienced florist and taken floral courses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for flowers and designing. I am intentional in making pieces that truly show the individual's personality. My goal is to ensure the florals will be memorable just like that special song.
