- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not difficult, I ask clients to respect the cost of delivery, travel, and my Art. I do travel up to a 100 miles. Any further I do expect the client to pay for travel and hotel (or provide adequate housing accommodations for me and my staff) I did a party for a famous Atlanta rapper, we stayed in his mansion with our own bed/bath. He also paid for round trip tickets for me and my staff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always around foodservice industry people, so we are constantly talking about our latest events, jobs, or new techniques. I stay in the now!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was cooking since kindergarten, its in my DNA.
