- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with a free consultation to understand the customer’s needs and assess the project. I then provide a clear, upfront estimate with no hidden fees. Once agreed upon, I schedule the job at the customer’s convenience and keep open communication throughout the process to ensure everything is going as planned. After the job is completed, I make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over six years of hands-on experience in the handyman and home renovation field. While I don’t have formal education in the trade, l’ve gained extensive knowledge through practical work and by learning from seasoned professionals. I’m committed to continuous improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices to ensure high-quality results for every project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands and solving problems around the house. What started as helping family and friends with home repairs grew into a passion, and eventually, a business. I love making homes better, one project at a time!
