I hired VA pro group for multiple home improvement projects that included converting single car garage into home gym, painting multiple rooms and hanging new bathroom mirrors. Viacheslav did great work! He fixed our shower door hinge that was pulling away from the wall, caulked around a sink side splash, realigned our kitchen cabinet doors that were crooked, and fixed an issue with our back door that was letting water in when the house was washed. We thought that it was just the weather stripping that needed to be replaced, but Viacheslav suggested adding an overhang. He went to Lowes and bought the material and installed it. Very impressed with his work quality, knowledge, and reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend him!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price of my work is listed at approximately $75 per hour. Please note that since my service area covers a wide radius (with some clients located up to 40 miles apart), travel time can often take 1.5 to 2 hours round trip. To ensure I can continue providing high-quality service to every client regardless of their location, I have a 2-hour minimum charge for all appointments, even if the actual task is completed sooner.
I appreciate your understanding, as this allows me to bring my professional expertise and specialized tools directly to you, no matter which area or city you are in. My goal is to ensure every job is done to the highest standard.
All orders are assessed individually after careful calculation and based on the client's wishes directly at the work site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I find out the full scope of work, then I estimate the entire work and agree with the client on the exact time and day for completing the task.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied and worked for 20 years in the field of repair and construction.
