fond via thumbtack, came out , gave the price, said he would do what I wanted done, didn't try to tell me it couldn't be done or try this or lets do that to make it easier for their company. Very professional, showed up did the work. I had to cancel the first time scheduled because of OTHER contractors not be reliable and Spencer ended up coming to my rescue getting me replacements people to do that work so he could do the door. He came out on a Saturday afternoon to install the 16 x 7 door and worked into the dark lighted garage to get it completed. EXCELLANT relationship skills and work ethic. would ABSOLUTELY recommend and use again

Spencer came out to my house 1 week ago and fixed a broken spring, pair of drums, and cables. I can't say enough about his service. He was very professional and very forthright. I felt like I was given all of the information to make an informed decision and Spencer was happy to help regardless of whether that resulted in a small repair or whole new door. His prices were fair and his work was flawless. I am happy to say that I will be using Carolina Garage Service again when it comes time to replace my garage door.

Spencer and Zac at Carolina Garage Service had a very professional approach from the beginning. We had a Liftmaster opener installed in our new house. Spencer and Zac were easy to work with, very quick in responding to my messages, and also came out a 2nd time to troubleshoot some issues that came up. They took care of it and offered to come out in the future if we ever needed any additional assistance.
Another plus was they came all the way out to Rock Hill, which not everybody does!
These are honest people which was very refreshing.

Spencer communicated well up front and the repair went smoothly according to my wife (I wasn't there for it). Would use this company again if I had an issue with garage door.
