Edan was prompt, he was able to find a quick solution for my broken spring, and fixed it in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was working with no issues and even sprayed WD-40 on many of the parts. Now my garage door which used to be screeching loud is very quiet and opens smoothly.

Update: I'm updating the review to 4 stars as a manager reached out to me and requested a second chance to better my experience. After we agreed on terms, a garage technician came out to install the desired garage door opener over the holidays. The manager kept in contact and made sure the technician followed through and made good on his promise. The garage technician kept trying to upsell/upcharge me on the install of a new garage opener. First, he said the new garage belt opener that I had purchased didn't have enough HP and I needed to purchase the chain unit he has for almost double the price. Yet, the one I purchased has the same specs as the existing 17 year old unit. Then he wanted to charge an additional $100 for a warranty. With all the back and forth on pricing, it seemed too shady and I told him no thank you for the services. Unfortunately, I wasted half a day as he was 4 hrs past the original appointment time.
