Alan responded within 30 minutes of my submitting an RFQ, even though it was outside of office hours. He gave the price for replacing 1 broken torque spring and explained why replacing both springs, rather than just the one that had snapped, was the best course of action in the long run and gave me a competitive price for the two springs. He was understanding when I said I had to wait to hear from three other company's with their estimates. An hour later I had all the information I needed to make a decision. I called him back that evening and we set an appt for the following morning. He arrived bang on time at our appointed time, was very personable and professional, and completed the job very quickly allowing me to get on with the rest of my day.
