I highly recommend ProLift Garage Doors of Central Charlotte. We recently called them for service on an inoperable garage door. Drew(owner) returned my call within a few minutes and sent Robbie (very knowledgeable tech) within a few hours. Robbie quickly diagnosed the problem and offered 3 options for repair, along with needed maintenance. He thoroughly explained each option and answered all if my questions. Repairs were made on the spot, and maintenance was done also. Drew even followed up with a phone call to make sure we were satisfied with the service. We are so pleased with the service from Drew and Robbie and appreciate their prompt response, professionalism, knowledge, and follow up… and will definitely use their services in the future.

Thank you prolifit for helping out today. Robby was very professional and no upselling. My garage door was broken today due to a broken coil spring. I got a 10 year warranty on repair as well. I would highly recommend for all referrals.

Drew called me right away and got me an early appointment the next day. So responsive. Robbie showed up promptly and was able to repair the door without having to replace an outdated garage door. The repair looked great and functioned perfectly. I would recommend ProLift to any of my neighbors and friends. Very impressed with the work they did in less than 24 hours.

The guys at ProLift went above and beyond the work requested. We actually had a keyless entry panel that had stopped working on another garage bay that they fixed before we even agreed to the work they were there to do. They were efficient, tidy, thorough.
