Our experienced technicians will provide a detailed assessment of your garage door and provide a fair estimate with a range of options to suit your needs. We are a Veteran owned business and offer a Veteran discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our owner will personally contact you and discuss your needs. We will then align on a time and date that is convenient for you and send out one of our technicians with years of experience for an assessment and solution. Our technicians are equipped to immediately make any needed repairs and tuneups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have multiple years of industry experience and are trained to adhere to the high standards of ProLift Garage Doors of Southeast Charlotte and address all items with professionalism and excellence.
